The Frye Company Re-Design

Since 1863 The Frye Company has adapted to the wants of their buyers without compromising their reputation for authenticity and brand legacy.

 

A heuristic review of the current website unveiled that The Frye Company takes great pride in their heritage and their authentic story.

With this in mind, I set out to bring greater attention to their legacy while adding features to the web and mobile sites to increase usability of a younger audience.

Steering away from traditional product images and focusing on imagery that is more personable, incorporating user generated content, making it easy for customers to add wish list items and share that list, and adding an emphasis on giving back were features built into the final re-design.
